Testimonial

"Amanda presented me with the skills and guidance to tap into my artistic self that had been dormant for many years.

My approach to art, both my own and others, is far more insightful and appreciative.

I can now approach my painting in a more relaxed and freer manner than ever before, just letting myself 'be'.

It is a total turn around for me and a wonderful gift. I am looking forward to more classes.

Thankyou Amanda.

"My experience of art therapy was profound. Art therapy has brought more joy, colour, light, hope and purpose to my life.  The process of art therapy excites me, yet mystifies me at the same time, that this art work comes from somewhere deep within me, like magic, the unknown, what will transpire onto the page next, what emotions will it evoke, and assist me to shift ? Art therapy brought a lovely group of friends to share the experience with.  There was no judgement. I would disappear into my zone then reappear to share our individual experience in a nurturing, listening supporting environment.  Amanda facilitated gently, encouraging, and drawing out our own personal expression and insight of our art work in a non critical, enlightening supporting way.  Art therapy has given me meaning and purpose. I engage with art therapy on a regular basis. It helps me shift energy when I am stuck and gives me clarity in my life.  I whole heartedly encourage anyone, and everyone to give art therapy a go.  With Amanda’s direction, you will bring colour to your life.  Just let go and allow your self the full pleasure of fun with art therapy."
